1 skilling, Stockholm, Karl XIV Johan, 1832
In 1832, King Karl XIV Johan began to mint the skilling coins in Stockholm and this is clearly visible on them. Previously, the coins were minted in Avesta. If we look at the reverse (back) of the skilling coin on display, we no longer see the Avesta mint's crossed arrows as before, but instead the three crowns of the small coat of arms and two palm branches together with the denomination and year.
