10 öre, Stockholm, Gustaf VI Adolf, 1956
Gustav VI Adolf's first 10-öre coins have the same design as those issued in 1953, during the reign of Gustav V. On the obverse (front) is a crown and on the reverse (back) is the denomination. It also has the same weight and silver content as the previous 10-öring. This type of 10-öre coin was minted between 1952 and 1961. After that, a new type was made in copper-nickel instead of silver.
