This is Oscar II's third type of 25-öre and it was issued in 1907. On the obverse we see King Oscar II's crowned name cipher OII, three crowns and the king's new motto ‘The Good of Sweden’, changed from ‘The Good of the Brethren’ after the dissolution of the union between Sweden and Norway in 1905. At the bottom we see the Royal Mint of Stockholm's mark, Saint Erik, and the mintmaster Emil Brusewitz's initials EB. On the reverse, the denomination is surrounded by a laurel wreath at the bottom is the minting year 1907.
